Umm…hello there…is this thing on?

Over a year ago, I registered a new domain, set up WordPress, imported all my old blogger postings and set to work designing a lovely new blog. Just as the template was coming along nicely, my PC coughed and died taking all the source files with it. (I know, I know, I should have had a backup.)

Anyway, spool forward a year, and i’ve finally pulled my finger out, started from scratch and designed a halfway decent Wordpress template, and here’s my first post.

There’s still a lot to be done, and the XHTML and CSS is a horrid cobbling of bits and pieces that needs a real streamline and tidy up to get rid of a large amount of cruft. But hey, it’s here and it’s working…just about…

 Still on my immediate fix list are the templates for search results, archives, categories etc etc…so please, don’t be too harsh.
